The Art of War is an ancient Chinese military treatise dating from the Late Spring and Autumn Period (roughly 5th century BC).

The work is attributed to the ancient military strategist, Sun Tzu (544 BC - 496 BC)

A totalitarian master plan for India's first empire

A treatise on statecraft, economic policy and military strategy.

Authored by Kautilya, the Prime Minister for India's first empire. There is little historical information on Kautilya's life.

The text is believed to have been written roughly between the 2nd and 3rd century AD.
